To reduce the risk of ticket fraud, in accordance with the organizer's guidelines, it is only possible to buy and sell tickets for Ed Sheeran through fanSALE.

For you to get the best concert experience, we have set up an overview of the concert and ticket sales. This page will also be updated continuously leading up to the concert.
All tickets for Ed Sheeran at Ullevaal Stadium are digital and are only available via the Eventim Norge app. Digital tickets give you a much higher level of security than paper tickets as they are more difficult to copy. Ed Sheeran himself has helped develop this ticket solution to ensure that you do not buy fake tickets and expensive tickets on the black market.
As the tickets for Ed Sheeran will only be available in our app, we recommend that you create a user profile with us and download the Eventim Norge app before buying tickets. When the tickets have been purchased, you will receive an email confirmation as proof of the purchase, and the purchase will be visible in the Eventim Norge app.
When you arrive at the concert, the whole group must arrive together if one person has bought tickets for several. It is important that the ticket buyer is present as it is their name that appears on the tickets. The ticket buyer must be able to present valid identification at the entrance that matches the name on the tickets.

Before the concert
Can I resell my ticket?
You can easily, quickly, and securely resell your ticket via our resale platform, FanSALE. It is only possible to resell the ticket through the Eventim app.
Here's how to do it:
Download the Eventim app.
Log in with the same profile you used when purchasing the ticket.
Click on "Tickets" at the bottom of the screen.
Select the tickets you want to resell.
Click the "Sell via FanSALE" button.
Make sure you have the latest app version to access your tickets.
Can I print my ticket?
No, the tickets are exclusively digital and should be shown on your phone in the Eventim app. If you're unsure how to find your tickets, you can find a guide here: eventim.no/campaign/pass
Can I forward tickets to those I'm attending with?
You can forward tickets via the app to those you're attending with. This option will be available 7 days before the concert.
Please note: Tickets for the concert are personal. This means that everyone must enter together, as the person who purchased the tickets must be present and ready to show a photo ID at the concert entrance.
Can I choose who I sell my tickets to via FanSALE?
Yes, you have the option to give a person of your choice the opportunity to buy your ticket.
When you create the offer in FanSALE, simply click the button: "I would like to give a friend exclusive pre-sale access" and send the link to that person. The link will be active for 48 hours. If the ticket is not purchased within this time, the offer will automatically become visible to all FanSALE users.
I have purchased a wheelchair ticket, how do I resell my ticket?
You must contact customer service at: edsheeranlive@eventim.no. We will assist you.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
No, it is not possible to change the name on the tickets, as they are personal.
However, you can sell the ticket to the person you want to transfer it to.
Create the ticket in FanSALE and click the button "I would like to give a friend exclusive pre-sale access."
You will then receive an exclusive link that you can send to the person.
The link is active for 48 hours. If the ticket is not purchased within this time, the offer will automatically become visible to all FanSALE users.
Is it possible to change tickets to another day?
No, it is not possible to change tickets. We refer you to FanSALE, where you can resell your current tickets and possibly find new tickets for the desired date.
Children & Babies
Everyone on the premises must have a valid ticket, regardless of age. It is not possible to bring strollers, prams, or similar items for transporting small children on the premises.

When should I arrive for the concert?
Further information about when the doors open, and when the concert starts and ends, will be posted on this page as we get closer to the concerts.
Where can I find my entrance?
Your ticket will indicate which entrance you should use.
I have purchased multiple tickets with different entrances, what should I do?
If you have multiple tickets with different entrances under the same name, you will still be able to enter together. You just need to contact a supervisor at the entrance and inform them that you should enter together, despite the different entrances. They will assist you.
What should I do if I don't arrive at the same time as my friends?
The person whose name is on the tickets must be present for the entire group to be allowed entry to the concert.
What should I show at the entrance?
At the entrance, you must show your ticket in the Eventim app, and the person whose name is on the tickets must present a photo ID.
I got sick on the day of the concert, but the others still want to attend, what should I do?

I have become sick, but I would like to use the cancellation insurance, what should I do?
If you want to use the cancellation insurance, it must be done through Tryg Insurance. You can contact them by email at affinity@tryg.dk eller telefon: 80 04 16 00
Can I buy tickets on the day of the concert?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy tickets on the day, as the concerts are sold out and FanSALE closes 24 hours before the concert.
Food & Drinks
You can, of course, enjoy a wide variety of delicious food and drinks on the premises, so you can fully enjoy the concert with all your senses. Therefore, you are not allowed to bring your own food or drinks into the concert.
Security
There will be visible security personnel, first aid staff, and police on the premises before and during the concert. You can always approach them if you feel unsafe or need assistance.
