    The IHF Men’s Handball World Championship will take place from the 14th of January until 2nd of February 2025, in Croatia, Denmark, and Norway. The Norwegian part will play solely in the Unity Arena. Unity Arena is a multi-use indoor stadium located at Fornebu, Bærum, approx. 10 minutes from Oslo city centre, by the beautiful Oslo fjord. The arena has hosted a variety of events such as sports, concerts and shows. For the Handball World Championship, Unity Arena will be transformed into a handball stadium with a capacity of 13,950 spectators and create an amazing atmosphere.
       
    Match Schedule

    Unity Arena will be hosting two preliminary rounds, group E and F, welcoming the home team of Norway in group E. The three best teams of each preliminary group will meet in the main round in Unity Arena. The qualifying teams from the Herning main round group will be heading to Oslo to play their quarterfinals, and the winners of these quarterfinals will compete in the semifinal in Unity Arena. Sunday February 2nd will feature the bronze-medal match and the final, with teams qualified from the semifinal in Zagreb making their journey to Oslo for the final day of the tournament.

    Ticket Sales

    Tickets are available either as day tickets, for all matches on a given match day, or packages, to get a discount for tickets for several match days. Packages are available for the preliminary round for groups E & F, the main round and the final round incl. quarterfinals. The ticket packages include tickets for three match days and accumulate a discount of 17 %. In the day ticket sale, there are also family tickets available in certain sectors, with a discount of approximately 33% when buying 3 to 6 tickets. Family tickets are applicable for 1 to 2 adults with 1 to 4 children (4 to 15 years) from the same household. For larger bookings (10 tickets or more) submit your request via the provided group form. 

    There’s also the opportunity to buy a limited number of VIP tickets for each match day, which in addition to a category 1 ticket comes with reserved tables at the VIP section, access to a buffet with a variety of hot & cold dishes and access to a bar with drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks) for purchase and more. VIP tickets are available for single match days up until the quarter finals (found in Day Tickets), and for the final weekend (found in Packages). VIP boxes and tailor-made VIP solutions are also available.
