Right of withdrawal
Tickets bought at Eventim are not subject to right of withdrawal.
Refund
Purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of a cancellation. The event organizer is your contracting party and thus liable to refund the ticket price in case of cancellation. Any and all charged ticket fees, other fees, cancellation insurances as well as any delivery costs paid when purchasing the ticket, will not be refunded in case of cancellation/relocation.
Best seat booking
With best seat booking we will automatically choose the best seats available depending on your chosen price level and the number of tickets you require.
Seating chart booking
The EVENTIM Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.
Please note that the EVENTIM Seating chart booking is not available for all events.
General admission
General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis
Currently not available
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
EVENTIM makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
Delivery not available
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
Only single seats available
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the EVENTIM Seating chart booking
