How does the e-ticket work?

When your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. The email also contains your e-ticket(s), which is attached as a PDF file. Your PDF ticket(s) can easily be viewed directly from your phone when you arrive at the event and do not need to be printed. If you absolutely must print your PDF ticket(s), it is important that the barcode on each ticket is clear and legible.

If you have not received the email within 24 hours of completing your purchase, you can do the following:

- Check if the email is in your spam folder.

- Call Eventim's customer service on tel. +47 21 95 92 00.

If the tickets are to be used on the same day and you need help outside opening hours, you can try to contact the venue directly. You can also bring a photo ID to the venue, where staff will endeavor to help you.
