Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Validity of the gift card

The gift card is valid for three years from the date of issue. Any remaining amount can, at the holder's request, be paid out throughout the validity period and up to one year after the expiry of the validity period upon submission of the gift card number and registration and account number. A fee of NOK 15 is charged to cover the costs of paying out the remaining amount before the expiry of the validity period.

Right of cancellation

If you regret your purchase, unused gift cards can be returned within 14 days. If you wish to return the gift card, please contact customer service on +47 22 95 92 00. The cancellation period runs from the date you receive the gift card by post or email.

How do I redeem Eventim gift cards?

1. Select the event you want tickets for and add the desired number of tickets to your shopping basket.
2. Enter the gift card number in the "Redeem gift card" field (without spaces) to the right of the shopping basket.
3. Then click the arrow to subtract the value of the gift card from the total amount of the order.

If the total amount is higher than the value of the gift card, you can pay the remaining amount with other payment methods.

If the value of the gift card is greater than the total amount, you can use the remaining amount the next time you buy tickets on Eventim.no by re-entering the gift card code.

Lost gift cards

If you lose your gift card, we can block it with immediate effect if you contact our customer service on +47 22 95 92 00. In the event of misuse, before you have contacted us, it is unfortunately the buyer/user who is responsible for the misuse. Lost gift cards can be reissued for a fee.

Restrictions on use

Eventim's gift cards cannot be used in connection with marketing or as a prize in competitions without written authorization from Eventim.
