This is why you pay a fee at Eventim

When you purchase tickets from Eventim, you will experience that fees are added to your ticket purchase. It is debatable whether Eventim’s fees are high or low. Compared to foreign ticketing companies, Billettportalen’s fees are low.

Eventim always strives to make it both easy and inexpensive to buy tickets and furthermore offers personal services for customers who wish it. Eventim makes a living by being an intermediary between organizers (theatres, venues, stadiums, etc.) and the customers who would like to buy a ticket. Eventim’s only earnings come from the fees associated with buying tickets through Eventim.

The entire price of the ticket goes to the organizer who fixes the price for the ticket.

The ticket purchase is subject to one or more of the following fees:

Shipping fee
NOK 59 per purchase is due, if you choose to have the tickets sent to your home via the postal service. When we have to send tickets abroad, the shipping fee is NOK 99.The fee covers printing, packing, postage, and reprinting if necessary, if the letter gets lost in the mail.

Order fee
An order fee of NOK 35,- is added if you buy tickets via Eventim’s customer service.

The order fee covers the cost of staff and can be avoided if the tickets are bought online via eventim.no.

Reprinting fee
If you ticket gets stolen or lost otherwise this is not the responsibility of Eventim, it will cost you a fee of NOK 100. If you want the new tickets delivered by post, an additional shipping fee will apply.

The same fees are charged in connection with delivery problems, unless you contact Eventim’s customer service no later than seven business days after your purchase. If you wait longer than seven business days, the ticket is considered lost after delivery, and you must pay a reprinting fees etc. to receive a new ticket.
