At Eventim, we can't think of better gifts than experiences. That's why you can buy tickets and give them as gifts.

Your ticket is not personalized. You can therefore easily give tickets as a gift, even if they have your name on them. There are only a few events that have personalized tickets and ID control, and this will be marked on the website when you buy tickets.

Please note that it is still you as the buyer who is the legal owner of the ticket. Eventim can therefore only help the buyer of the ticket if it is lost, or problems arise in any other way.

You can buy gift cards for tickets on Eventim.no or by calling our customer service on +47 22 95 92 00.

You can choose the amount, design the gift card, and even add a personalized greeting.

The recipient of the gift card can use the gift card at all Eventim events by entering the gift card number in the "Redeem gift card" field when purchasing.

If the total amount is then greater than the value of the gift card, the recipient can pay the remaining amount with other payment methods. If the value of the gift card is greater than the total amount, the balance can be used for future purchases on Eventim.no.

The gift card can be redeemed during the first 36 months from the date of purchase. The value of the gift card cannot be paid out but can be used on www.eventim.no throughout the validity period of the gift card. You can use multiple gift cards per order, but you cannot use the gift card to purchase new gift cards or on orders that have already been completed.
