What do I do if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be contacted by Eventim. This will be done either by email or the phone number you provided at the time of purchase. Eventim will inform you about how to proceed and what you may need to do. When you are entitled to a refund from the organizer, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price itself, but not e.g. booking and ticket fees, insurance, and any delivery costs.

If the event has been rescheduled, you will be informed of new dates, tickets, refund options and other relevant information for each individual event. You can usually use the same ticket on the new date.

You are not entitled to a refund for travel, hotel, or other costs in connection with an event that has been rescheduled or cancelled. We do our best to inform all customers who have purchased a ticket for an event that is rescheduled or cancelled. Unfortunately, there may be cases where it is not possible for Eventim to reach all customers. We therefore recommend that you always check that there are no changes before travelling to an event.

When Eventim assists the organizer in handling refunds of tickets, it is normally done in this way:

The refund is made via the payment method you used when you purchased the ticket. If it is not possible to refund in this way, you will be contacted for an alternative payment method. It is not possible to refund the ticket with cash.

This means that if you have purchased the ticket with a payment card (either directly or via Vipps, ApplePay, or GooglePay), the refund will be made to this payment card. Please contact Eventim Customer Service if you have purchased your ticket with a gift card.

If you have purchased the ticket with Klarna, the amount will be refunded to your account with them. Eventim encourages you to honor the payment terms with Klarna regardless of the pending refund. You can contact Klarna's customer service here: https://www.klarna.com/no/kundeservice.

Eventim's processing time to handle the refund is up to 3 weeks from the time Eventim has coverage for the amount from the organizer. From the time Eventim has processed the refund until you receive the amount in your account, it normally takes up to 7 days.
