I would like to complain?

If your complaint is about the event itself, you can contact the organizer listed on the ticket. If you are unable to contact the organizer, you are, of course, welcome to contact us, in which case we will forward your complaint.

If you want to complain about the actual ticket purchase, you can complain to Eventim by using the form you find here.
