Avoid scams and ticket sharks

Experiences should be fun. That's why we apologize that ticket buyers unfortunately still experience being scammed by unofficial ticket providers and ticket sharks.

When you buy tickets on Eventim.no or via FanSale.no, you can sit back and enjoy the event. All our tickets are 100% authentic, and we work with several other organizations in the cultural industry to put an end to ticket fraud.

Two simple but good tips to avoid ticket scams:

1. Always buy tickets from the official ticket supplier.
2. Never overpay for tickets.

Ticket sellers are no longer creepy types you meet outside venues. Unfortunately, today's ticket sharks often look like legitimate companies with legitimate websites. We hear from customers who have bought tickets and felt scammed on sites such as Viagogo, Euroteam.info and Worldticketonline.com.

We therefore recommend that you only buy tickets through an authorized ticket broker in Norway. If you see a concert or event you want to attend, the event organizer will almost always direct you to the official sales points. However, be aware of unofficial Facebook events and ticketing sites that may be misleading.

Unfortunately, if an event is sold out through official outlets, it's often too good to be true that tickets are available through other channels. And it is always illegal to sell tickets for more than the original price.
