According to Norwegian law, ticket purchases are not covered by the right of cancellation, and you cannot get a refund if you are prevented from attending an event.

Tickets are only refunded if the event is canceled. In most cases, the ticket fee will not be refunded. Eventim does not exchange tickets, neither between price groups, to another location or another date.
